**Job Title**:Clinical Interviewer
**Location**:Working from Home - occasional visit to the main office based in Monument (Central London)
**Role Outline and Purpose**:Supporting the On Boarding Team and Compliance Team by completing Interviews and appraisals
**Salary**:£30,000 (WTE)

**Key Deliverables**:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Interviewer to work with the Clinical Governance Team at Altrix. The successful Nurse will be responsible for the management of completing and managing the clinical interview function.
- As an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, you will play a key role in providing a proactive, supportive, impartial, efficient, and effective service for dealing with all Altrix clinical interviews. You will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, clinical judgement and have the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast paced ever changing environment.
**Duties**
**Interviews**
- Directly complete Altrix Interviews at the allotted times, manage, book, allocate and arrange clinical interviews and appraisals.
- Report to the Clinical Lead to ensure clinical interviews/appraisals are provided as required to ensure an efficient, responsive, and professional service function.
- Regularly review the interview process to ensure it meets the compliance standards.
- Effectively communicate with the resourcers, compliance team and consultants in relation to interviewing ensuring they receive a reliable service.
- Alongside the compliance team ensure all nurses receive their 12 month appraisal.
- Complete additional interviews for speciality areas as required.
**Admin**
- Receive, review, allocate, categorise, and manage all interviews.
- Complete All Admin both Paper and Computer Documentation
- Contribute and assist the Clinical Governance Team in preparation for reports and meetings, providing data and information as required.
- Support the Clinical Governance Team in preparation for external/internal audit.
**General duties**
- Respond to general company / Nurse enquiries.
- Assist the Clinical Governance Team in any internal process reviews.
- Cover for the Clinical Lead in their absence.
- Support Altrix staff with managing the interview process advising Clinically as required.
**Essential **Qualifications, education and training**
- Current registration with the NMC
- Qualified for over 3 years
**Essential Skills and knowledge**
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive, inclusive, and flexible approach to working with others
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Make informed decisions regarding clinical competency
- Work to specific timescales/deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and responsive
- Strong administrative skills including excellent attention to detail
