We are recruiting for additional electricians/electrical improvers to join us working predominately on our social housing sector contracts undertaking planned and reactive works.

Applicants must be working towards full qualifications, have experience in testing, experience in both commercial & domestic installation works and be comfortable undertaking both.

All works are predominately within London, Essex and surrounding areas.

Experience with active fire systems - installation and maintenance is advantageous

Positions offered are for both self employed sub-contractors and PAYE positions.

A full clean driving license is required.

Rates dependent on experience.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Fire Alarm Installations, Emergency Lighting Installations, Containment, Lateral main upgrades, Domestic repairs and rewiring, Fault Finding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- electrical: 2 years (preferred)
