**We need you to have**:

- Educated to a Higher Education Level in a relevant area, i.e. chemistry or equivalent with laboratory experience
- Experience of GxP document authoring and review
- Strong IT literacy skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical documents (project plans, analytical methods, raw data etc.)
- Good Grammar/Punctuation/Vocabulary
- Experience working within a regulatory compliant laboratory would be preferred with an awareness of cGMP regulations and pharmacopoeia

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a Scientific Writer you will generate high quality, accurate, and consistent scientific documents, peer review work prepared by colleagues, enabling and ensuring client expectations are met with study results being suitably reported in a timely manner.
- The Scientific Writer will author high quality reports under the supervision of the Team Leader, Scientific Writing.
- Peer review scientific reports and documents prepared within the team along with performing a limited review of study data to ensure the accuracy of the report content.
- Will report/escalate accordingly any issues discovered during the report writing and checking process.
- Ensures that the report writing and checking process is performed with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice and Internal SOPs.
- Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with laboratory staff ensuring communication flows freely during project reporting.
- Acknowledge team deliverables and targets, ensuring where possible these are met if not exceeded.
- Works with team members to routinely review workflow and procedures to ensure processes evolve, adapt and improve
