District Nursing Sister

**District Nursing Sister, Band 6 Bexley and Greenwich**
**Permanent; Full Time - 37.5 hrs per week**
We are seeking to appoint an innovative Community District Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse. Must hold the District Nurse Specialist Practitioner Qualification. They will manage a District Nursing team within the Bexley or Greenwich directorate of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, adaptable manager and team player with highly developed nursing skills.

You must be able to work on your own initiative. Previous clinical team management experience is essential.

This is a 37.5hr post with hours of work:
Bexley from 8:30-16:30 & 09:00-17:00 weekend as per rota currently 1:4

Greenwich from 08:30-16:30 late 10:00 18:00 weekend as per rota currently 1:4

You will be committed to the development of the team through effective leadership and be given the opportunity to develop your own clinical skills through the delivery of a wide range of evidence based care and an active personal development plan.

Please note you must hold the District Nurse Specialist Practitioner Qualification.
