Admissions Officer Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with prospective students and families to provide information about our institution and the admissions process
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our institution
- Plan and execute recruitment events both on and off campus
- Assist with financial aid counseling and awarding
- Maintain accurate records of admissions data

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with student information systems and Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in admissions or a related field preferred

Part-time hours: 37 per week
