We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Night Team, who oversee the running of the Hotel between 11pm and 7am, Monday to Sunday

Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest arrivals / departures are dealt with efficiently and professionally, completing the relevant procedures correctly
- Completing nightly lockdown procedures in line with the Hotel's Security Policy
- Completing regular security patrols of the Hotel (internal and external) to ensure the safety of both Hotel Staff and Guests
- Understand and when required, support and carry out the fire evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
- Set-up and cleaning of Conference, Meeting, and Event areas. This will sometimes involve moving furniture, tables, chairs and stage / dance floor equipment.
- Respond to any guest complaints regarding noise / disturbances and resolve ensuring our guests have the best possible nights sleep
- Delivery of food and beverage for Room Service
- Completion of nightly cleaning schedules
- This position comes with a full time fixed hours contract.

The position is full time, working 5 days per week and you must be available to work Monday to Sunday
