**Job Role**:Team Leader

**Salary**: £26,374-£28,772

**Hours**: Part Time, 24 hours per week

**The Role**

As team leader you will provide housing related support, and ensure that the support package is tailor made to the individual. The client group is ex-offenders. You will play a key role in managing the project by supporting and helping to develop our support workers. You will be heavily involved in innovating team development, moving the team forward whilst keeping the service user and support we offer as our central focus.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Cover support sessions with service users when required and any caseload
- Monitor service users’ compliance with tenancy agreements and act to resolve non-compliance issues
- Assist the manager to ensure all monitoring data for council arranged payments is completed accurately and returned within the timescales.
- Ensure all work is carried out within contractual requirements including recovery star records
- Assist manager in preparing reports for internal and external bodies so that project performance is reported accurately and on time
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Business insurance will be required
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
