Roofer

Overview:
We are seeking skilled Roofers with 5 years minimum experience to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on residential buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working at heights. If you have experience in roofing, lead work, cedar shingles, tiles,slate, epdm we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as Cedar shingles, tiles, slate, Lead, epdm
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and dispose of them properly
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working at heights
- Utilize hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring tapes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Ability to lead weld, and perform basic carpentry tasks
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus--Drivers license
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: £100.00-£155.00 per day
