**Maidstone - Head Photographer**

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our brand new Maidstone Studio which is due to open this August. We are looking for a dynamic Head Photographer to come and join our passionate opening team.

The main areas of the role involve creating rapport with customers ensuring they have a fantastic experience as you photograph them and capture their personalities in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching all of your images, and presenting our customers with their final pieces in our cinema rooms. You will guide and advise on image and frame choices based on their interior design and budget requirements so an element of soft selling is required, with full training given on this.

**As head photographer you will be responsible for**
- Managing a team of Photographers
- Leading weekly Photographic team meetings
- Training the team to ensure the highest standards of photography are maintained within shows
- Ensuring the team reaches and maintains expected targets and AVO
- Daily assignment of tasks to the team

**To reach the interview stage for this exciting role you must**:

- Have at least 1 years experience in PROFESSIONAL studio portrait photography and know Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom to a high level.
- Be creative.
- Work well in a team.
- Have a “can do” attitude and great interpersonal skills.
- Love working with customers.
- Be great with kids as well as grownups.
- Great on the phone and face to face.
- Be a generally lovely person who likes working hard and have passion for what we do.

Hours will be full time, 40.5 hours per week over 7 days.

£22,000 to £25,000 p/a depending on experience plus commission
