Graduate Insolvency Administrator

Our client is one of the country’s top experts in Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency. They have over 70 partners and 100 offices nationwide, with clients ranging from small businesses to large organisation and financial institutions.

**Key Functions**:

- Assisting with varied portfolio of insolvency cases
- Preparing statutory paperwork for insolvency processes mainly using firm’s standard documents
- Assisting with the disposal of assets, collection of debts and the distribution of funds to creditors where appropriate
- Drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request
- Providing other administrative support to the Partners/the teaM/For the office as required including phone answering and transferring calls
- Filing of all documentation in the main via an automated paperless system
- **Key Performance Indicators**:

- Work completed to required standards in agreed timescales
- Documents prepared correctly and in line with standard documentation
- High level of support to team and colleagues

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ideally will have a legal or accountancy-related degree and have some form of professional services experience but this is not essential
- Ability to work at all levels
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Basic use of Excel and Word preferred (but not essential)
- At least 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and GCSE passes in Maths and English of grade C or above
- A desire and willingness to take further professional examinations in order to progress. For example, once relevant work experience has been gained, you will be encouraged to take your accountancy exams if you so desired
