As **Site Launch and Data Control Coordinator** you manage the creation of new packs (NPI/NPR) and changes to the existing site pack range (PAO) using artwork systems (Harmony/CHAMPS) and SAP notifications. This will be completed in collaboration with APS, Market Launch & Change Co-ordinators, Site Technologists, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Conformance, Production and Logistics. Additionally, you ensure that all pack creations and changes are implemented within agreed lead-times, at minimum cost to the company and their customers whilst complying with GMP and EHS requirements. Further, you co-ordinate the creation and change of site master data though cross-functional interaction to deliver against targets of cost, quality, and lead times through SAP notifications in a control and compliant manner.

**_ In this role you will_**
- Manage New Pack Requests and Pack Changes through the Harmony and SAP systems ensuring data is aligned to avoid compliance and customer supply issues.
- To fully evaluate all New Pack Requests and Pack Changes and co-ordinate the site impact assessment with key stakeholders; Pack Technologists, QA, Operations Planning, and Regulatory Compliance.
- To represent SLDC on projects and create aligned data plans to manage the process to meet project timelines.
- Drive process improvements to improve performance of the team using GPS Basic and Performance Management.
- To regard Quality Compliance as an integral part of the job, and being always inspection ready, always maintaining and demonstrating compliance. Ensuring that any creation or change activity is carried out in accordance with the associated Standard Operating Procedures, Company Quality Standards and Regulatory Requirements.
- Work with Global Supply Chain Planners, Production Schedulers and Material Schedulers to ensure pack change dates are achieved and any risks to mandatory implementation dates are managed.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- 5 GSCEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Highly developed internal and external customer focus and stakeholder management experience.
- Sound understanding Supply Chain processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the markets and products supplied.

**_ Preferred Qualifications & Skills:_**

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

- Knowledge and experience of the New Product Range Definition Process, the New Product and Pack Amendment Process.
- Knowledge and experience of Packaging Artwork.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritising where necessary to meet these.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of customers internal and external throughout the business.
