**Programme Producer**

TIN Arts seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative and collaborative individual who is flexible, committed and hard working. The role holder will work with the Executive Director and alongside the Extended Management Team as a Programme Producer, supporting the delivery of excellent, inclusive arts activities for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

Alongside the Executive Director, the Programme Producer will focus on an ever-changing set of 8-10 live programmes and projects at a time involving a range of educational, cultural, health and funding partners from across the North of England.

Whilst the role will require the ability to work independently, the Programme Producer and Executive Director will share many tasks and roles within programmes and projects making this role particularly unique in how the work is undertaken and the ‘shared collaborative’ nature of the role.

From the development of participatory projects through to producing outdoor events and promoting TIN Arts’ work to feature as part of national and international festivals (indoors and outdoors), the role of Programme Producer is varied and requires the ability to be dynamic and multi-task effectively and efficiently. Experience of working within the cultural sector is desirable although not essential.

**Responsible to**: Executive Director

The Programme Producer is a member of the Extended Management Team, together with Executive Director, Artistic Director, Development Manager, Senior Arts Practitioner and Company Manager.

**Location**: The role holder will be based at TIN Arts’ offices in Durham (DH1 5BL).
Some home-working is possible upon agreement with the Executive Director; equipment will be provided.

Permanent contract, with 3-month probationary period.  The post-holder must have the right to work in the UK. 

**Salary**:£26.2k - £30.2k per year, depending upon experience

**Holidays**:20 days paid holiday plus statutory public holidays per year

**Pension**:TIN Arts contributes 3% of salary to pensions with National Savings Trust (NEST) dependent upon employee’s matching contribution.

**Key responsibilities**
- To assist the Executive Director in developing, planning and implementing an innovative, creative, engaging, diverse and dynamic year-round programme of high-quality performance events, activities and projects, reaching a wide range of people in order to help fulfil TIN Arts’ Vision and Mission.
- To provide creative production and project management support and leadership for a portfolio of programmes, projects and events.
- To explore and identify new and innovative opportunities to engage people of all ages, abilities and experiences in inclusive dance programmes and projects.
- To collaborate with a portfolio of strategic and delivery partners and where required provide central coordination and management of identified projects delivered in conjunction with external partners.
- To represent and promote TIN Arts in a range of forums, networks and related gatherings.
- To monitor and track progress across portfolio of programmes and projects to ensure that the organisational objectives are delivered.
- To organise meetings, keeping records, prepare and write reports.

**Organisational responsibilities**
- As a member of the Extended Management Team, play a key role in ensuring TIN Arts operates effectively, including organisational planning, identifying and monitoring targets and strategic milestones. 
- Work with colleagues to ensure that TIN Arts’ values are implemented across the organisation and contribute to creating an inclusive, diverse, responsive and open organisation.

- Work with existing and new information, communication technology and administrative systems, contributing to the development of these as appropriate
