Civils Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Civils Supervisor to join our team. The Civils Supervisor will oversee and manage civils projects in the telecoms sector, ensuring they are completed efficiently and according to specifications. We are based in Gillingham but the successful applicant will be field based in London and the South East.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise civils telecoms works from start to finish
- from digging to reinstatement.
- Ensure gangs have the correct plant & materials and organise when necessary
- Monitor progress, quality, and health and safety standards
- Communicate with project team
- Ensure gangs are in compliance with all regulations and permits
- Complete site audits & inspections

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telecoms civils
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of duct laying, box building, blockage excavations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- NRSWA street works supervisor training accreditation
- Driving licence
