Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate confectioner/finisher to join our team. As a confectioner, you will play a vital role in the food production process, ensuring that our bakery operates smoothly and efficiently. **Duties**:

- Prepare and bake confectionery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

**Skills**:

- Previous experience making and finishing a range of confectionery items is essential
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
