Groundsman/maintenance

We are a small family business and provide treehouse lodges for guest accommodation.

The treehouses are situated within 17 acres of private, mature woodland and lakes.

We are looking for a new member to join our small team.

You'll be working on your own to keep the grounds tidy and to help out as and when a maintencae issue arises on the treehouse lodges.

Perfect if you enjoy the outdoors. Set in a beautiful location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working days - Mon, Wed and Fri (6 hours per day) 9am - 3pm

(you may be occassionally be required to work outside scheduled hours)
- Cleaning fire pits, rowing boats and log burners etc
- Maintain the woodland and grounds -including mowing & strimming,
- Experience in hand tools and power tools is preferable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferable.
- Maintain and repair minor issues in the lodges/treehouses.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- The ability to be able to work on the grounds on your own. But also to be a part of our small Treetop Hideaways team.
