Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper and Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, providing book-keeping support to the finance director, producing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable. Also managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

**Duties**:

- Bookkeeping, Loading and managing accounts payable and document management through XERO
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Generate invoicing for clients and follow up on payments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Xero, or QuickBooks
- Strong clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
