Working with Partner Finance in a team of 12, each with a defined regional territory within which the Field Auditor is responsible for conducting stock audits at all Partner Finance customers. The purpose is to verify that all financed vehicles are present and correct. This role involves close contact with Partner Finance customers and reports to the Regional Audit Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Review and plan a monthly allocation of customers to be audited, ensuring that all customers are visited during the month.
- Organise oneself each day, ensuring that audits completed as efficiently as possible, with the minimum driving time between audits
- Implement and strictly enforce the Stock Audit Procedure as defined by Partner Finance Credit and Risk management.
- Communicate clearly and constructively with Partner Finance customers.
- Compile and deliver daily reports of stock audit activity in the prescribed format.
- Implement special instructions according to the Risk, Asset & Credit department requirements in the event of serious issues being identified.
- Communicate all issues immediately to the Risk, Assets & Credit departments, reporting back whenever required, according to the procedure.

**To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you**:

- Valid Full UK Driving License
- Good self-discipline, organizational skills and able to self-manage, ability to focus and adapt to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers including handling sensitive situations impacting BCA’s credit risk.
- Good judgment discretion is required when attending distress situations and dealing with customers in default
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
