**Assistant Finance Manager**

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who will work as part of a team responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports, budgets and forecasts to required deadlines. You will develop stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth receipt and supply of data in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.

**The Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Manager will include**:
- Provide financial support and governance.
- Support FM at customer scope change finance review meetings.
- Update and manage all customer cost models.
- Manage all DHL month end and trading deliverables.
- Support solutions to minimise financial risk and improve efficiency, profitability and cash flow.
- P&L analytical review to identify profit position and minimise any financial risk.
- Ensure that changes to financial requirements are communicated and implemented promptly.
- Work with internal & external partners / customers to foster collaboration, networking & best practice.
- Support financial strategies, plans and targets to develop existing & new business.
- Ensure that robust financial process and solutions are implemented and monitored.
- Support the preparation of robust and accurate financial reports, models, budgets and forecast working with other stakeholders.
- Ensure all DHL P&L and customer cost models are circulated on time and are accurate.
- Support improvement programmes to aid business efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to DPDHL business compliance, policies and procedures.
- Ensure all reconcilations are completed as part of the trading cycleEnsure DHL and customer month end deliverables are met.
- Manage all DHL and customer audit requests for information - engage with OFM for review.

**To be successful as an Assistant Finance Manager in DHL Supply Chain you need the following**:

- A knowledge of the use and meaning of finance metrics and tools

- High level of literacy and numeracy
