**RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**

**LEEDS AND SURROUNDING AREA,**

**0830am - 1700pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY,**

**£24 000 - £28 000 OTE per annum DOE**

**Responsibilities of the 360 Recruitment Consultant to include**:

- Building strong relationships with the worker base
- Running a strict interviewing and selection process
- General filing and organising of office paperwork
- Ensure compliance in line with company policy (e.g. HMRC and RTW documentation)
- Identifying new potential clients within the area
- Attending regular meetings with new clients.
- Presenting Sure Staffing as a labour provider solution to new and potential clients.

**Key areas of the 360 Recruitment Consultant include**:

- Daily plan maintenance
- Advert placing and monitoring.
- Lead generation of new users.
- Supporting the on call function for the office.
- Identifying new clients and growing the current branch client base.
