The company manufactures cleaning products for most recognisable brand names in the world.

You will be tasked with speaking with clients and team members answering customer queries and problem solving.

There may be occasional times where you are asked to help with other aspects within the business as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with Business owners/Buyers and decision makers.
- Finding new customers and using opportunities to upsell to existing customers.
- Organising samples to send to customers and following up on enquiries.
- Some data entry tasks, attention to detail is a must.
- Working with the Head of Operations and the Marketing Team on new and trending product developments.
- New order Component & Quality Checks once order arrives in production, so attention detail is a must.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give excellent customer service.
- Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, **must be competent using excel spreadsheets.
