**Cremation Advisor / Ash Packer**

Due to growth CPC Sheffield Pet Crematorium require an additional Cremations Advisor / Ash Packer to help contribute to the smooth running of the Individual Cremation activities of the Company by assisting our customers promptly and efficiently in making arrangements for pet cremations via the telephone or in a one to one situation. Other duties to include packing of pet’s ashes into the requested vessel ready for delivery to/collection by our clients, ensuring a meticulous and caring approach is maintained at all times, attending cremation services and to ensure that customer care, communication and all relevant administrative activities are in line with Company requirements.

- A naturally caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good customer facing skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Aptitude to multitask
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment whilst keeping a positive attitude and a sense of humour
- A good understanding of the English language with neat and clear hand writing
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Computer skills
- Experience of being a pet owner preferred but not essential

This is a part-time permanent position working 22.5-25 hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
