New Business Development Executive - Hybrid Working
My client is a successful Global brand and provide a modern tech platform that focuses on online advertising, for businesses across the UK. We are looking for a new business sales executive to join a fast growing team (This is a B2B sales role). The salarypackage is £27k + OTE £40k. My client is based in close to Twickenham/Kew/Kingston upon Thames. Hybrid role with with 3 Days WFH, 2 days in the office.
This is a very exciting opportunity, as you will be part of a global business, to solely focus on growing new business opportunities within either of the following departments:
1. Jobs
2. Automotive
3. services
4. Property

What you will be doing:
*Finding and qualifying new business sales opportunities.
*Doing the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
*Using online sources to research suitable target companies.
*Following up and qualifying inbound leads.
*Analysing results & developing new approaches to maximise success.
*Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
*You will have a persuasive approach with planning your pitches that will convince potential clients to engage with their services.
What we are looking for:
*A highly motivated individual who thrives on finding & developing new business opportunities.
*12 months of sales experience with B2B sales, lead generation and cold calling (advertising sales desirable)
*Someone who can demonstrate experience of building good professional relationships with prospects & colleagues alike.
*A result driven individual who can work on their own initiative.
*An adaptable, strong communicator who is resilient.
*Analytical person with some experience of reporting.
*Background experience generating leads
