Job Introduction DACBeachcroft is looking for a new Revenue Administrator to join our busy and supportive Finance department. We are looking for someone to join on a permanent, full-time basis and to work from our Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

The Revenue Administrator will work as part of a busy team of 22 and be responsible for playing a part in achieving national billing targets. They will play a vital role in the team ensuring that everything is in place for effective and accurate billing to our clients. **What you'll be doing...**- Ensuring our core system data is maintained on a daily basis
- Liaising and building excellent working relationships with all levels of employees across the cluster areas
- Insureds VAT information is logged and up to date to the system to ensure we are billing the correct entities
- Providing assistance to the team with ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting with invoice processing at busy periods
- Assisting the team with the delivery of invoices
- Updating the matter data on the Finance system following requests from the business to ensure smooth billing
- Processing of credit notes and reversals.
- To control the delivery of VAT invoices to the relative recipients.

- Must be highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a varied workload
- Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with a pro-active and flexible approach with and a good eye for detail, excellent communication and numeracy skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to function as part of the wider team
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not required
