As an Early Years Educator at Humpty Dumptys Kindergarden, you will be part of an open and inclusive team supporting children in their early education. With 28 days holiday including national bank holidays. We fully support each individual with a smart casual uniform policy wearing your own clothes. '-Provide early education to all children in a respectful, sensitive, compassionate and person-centred manner in all aspects of nursery life.
- To liaise with parents and carers regarding their child's development and nursery day.
- To write meaningful observations on children, supporting their developmental journey.
- To create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn, thrive and grow
- To love being outside come rain or shine. At Humpty Dumpty's we love the great outdoors
- To learn to understand the roles and responsibilities around safeguarding children.
- To work alongside other experienced practitioners to provide a fun and stimulating environment.
- Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like it

Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Humpty Dumpty nursery's will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
- Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This will be delivered through Humpty Dumpty Nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise.
Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020.
