The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Tour Guide to join our Tours team.

The Royal Albert Hall offers a number of different tour opportunities for visitors to experience this extraordinary and iconic building and to learn about its colourful past, unique architecture and unparalleled entertainment history. Tours and tours products are a vital part of the Hall’s business and its on-going commitment to ensuring the building is as open and accessible to the public as possible.

We are seeking to recruit a Tour Guide with a warm and welcoming approach to customer service, a resilient and calm approach under pressure and a passion for sharing the Royal Albert Hall’s extraordinary story.

Tour guides are responsible for engaging the public in the Hall’s unique story, conducting tours of the building, providing accurate and interesting information to varied audiences all while providing excellent customer service.

The vacancy will have a minimum of 40 hours per month. The contract will be for an immediate start and for a fixed term period until 31st October 2024, with the potential for extension after this time.

**Applicants must be available for an interview on the week commencing 11 March 2024.**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £14.46 per hour

- Every weekend
- Flexitime
- Weekend availability
