**Position Overview**: As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain a unique hands-on experience in various aspects of the computing world. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll assist with product repairs, develop exceptional customer service skills, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn from experienced technicians by assisting with repairs and troubleshooting Apple products
- Develop customer service skills by greeting clients in a formal manner and offering solutions accordingly
- Contribute to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory
- Learn repairs and maintain a clean work environment
- Curate captivating social media content for our company

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for computing
- Basic computer literacy (Apple experience is a plus)
- Ability to work consistently under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Friendly and approachable with a commitment to customer service
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
- Confident spoken and written English

**Education**:

- _Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A_-C [Maths, **Computer Science**, Science, Media; preferably]*
- _Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]_
