Carpet and Vinyl Fitter

We are a reputable carpet & flooring company with branches across the UK. Due to significant growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced domestic carpet fitter / floor layer to join a well-established team.

The role is centered around ensuring customers receive the best service possible by putting their needs first. You will be a highly motivated approachable person with the ability to build up a rapport with customers.

In order to be successful for the Carpet Fitter / Floor Layer role you need to have the following skills:
Good practical skills
Excellent Attention to detail
Good numeracy skills to work out measurements and costs
To be physically fit to carry heavy carpet rolls
A polite and pleasant manner for dealing with customers
The ability to work quickly and accurately
To be aware of health and safety issues
Full UK driver license and own van.
At least 2 years previous experience within a Carpet Fitter / Floor layer role

**Salary**: £150.00-£280.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheadle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Carpet Fitting: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
