An exciting and rewarding role has arisen at Heads of Ayr Farm Park for an experienced and knowledgeable supervisor.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, hard working and friendly person to help motivate, support, train and manage our indoor play barn team.

This job involves:

- Team Supervision
- Helping to enhance the visitor experience
- Developing and maintaining good public relations with customers and encouraging a good relationship between staff and customers
- Complying with health and safety policies and procedures
- Keeping the play area clean, tidy and well organised

Applicants must:

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with the public on a daily basis
- Have customer experience
- Be comfortable leading a team

Desirable skills include:

- 2 years proven management experience in a leisure, hospitality or retail environment
- First Aid Qualification
- Experience working with children

Applicants should also be in possession of a First Aid Qualification and Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing to obtain one if successful in the role.

This role is approx 8.30am - 5.30pm across 5 days per week. This role entails working shifts, with weekend work required.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience, with a starting rate of £12 per hour.
