One of Dalton Recruitment’s key clients, a leading outsourced services firm, has asked us to help secure them a new Compensation Analyst or Reward Analyst to join the HR function and assist with the delivery of the reward strategy, including administrationof short and long-term incentives, market surveys and benefits. The role will also assist with quality MI reporting and analysis for the wider HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is used to working with large volumes of data, exposure to annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking exercises and with an interest in driving a career in the Reward space.

The package offers and attractive salary, car allownace, 10% bonus + benefits. Hybrid working with 2-3 days/week working from home with the other days in their Surrey HQ.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse internal and external market data
- Support with in-depth analysis on key reward projects and initiatives
- Support in the successful delivery of the annual cycle of reward activities such as pay review and bonus
- External benchmarking
- Support wider team to ensure effective change management
- Draft and issue comms material to support reward process and strategy
- Support with presentations packs as part of the annual salary and bonus review process

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**
- An analytical thinker, with an eye for detail and a proven track record of in-depth analytics
- Have proven experience in data gathering, investigation and problem solving, whilst being able to present clear and simple insights and recommendations from this data
- Range of experience within; Pay, pay progression, bonus, recognition, grading schemes and reward cycles
- Experience and knowledge of the methodology of benchmarking is key
- System experience with Mercer would be advantageous
