What are you accountable for?
- Clearly understand & execute the company, Enterprise and Segment strategy to position, penetrate and win in named account Industry
- Clearly understand team and individual target (KPI).
- Discuss with account managers & develop sales planning and execution plan for mobile & fixed business, IOT & Solutions.
- To work with account managers to establish comprehensive account plans for all assigned accounts and update timely.
- Supervise and discuss progressively on all opportunities & register deals in CRM.
- Ensure account managers consistently update the deals in CRM and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Organize review session with supervisor and account team for opportunity roadmap, funnels and other developments.
- Establish solid client relationship and enhance client engagement for strategic accounts
- Ensure account team's consistency in communications with client on Maxis latest offerings, solutions and technology updates.
- Ensure account team manages a set of client accounts assigned, consistently identify and develop sustainable business opportunity. Position as consultant for our client (problem solver).
- Facilitate account team to collaborate with internal stakeholders (presales, product, marketing, solutions, channel team, network etc) & manage partners for sales activities.
- Orchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Maxis team and customers.
- Work with account team to plan, organize & execute sales initiatives; events, roadshows, courtesy visits, etc.
- Ensure account team drive every opportunity to closure, seek supervisor’s help/guidance for problems.
