Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, ranging from individuals to large retailers. We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to lead the FBA Small and Light Program in the UK.

In this role, you will work with Sales, Business, Product and Ops teams and be responsible to 1) define and deliver on the FBA recruitment goal in UK, 2) manage a team of 3 account managers and 3) own initiatives at EU level to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leading and developing a team of direct reports to recruit new Selling Partners and make them successful across Europe.
- Collaborating with Program Management and Operations teams to improve FBA offering.
- Providing business updates to UK and EU senior leadership on FBA and IHM performance.
- Owning and sponsoring initiatives to improve Selling Partners experience on the Fulfilment by Amazon program.

Key job responsibilities

- Excellent communication and analytic skills.
