- **£12.86 per hour (annual up to £23,700, depending on contracted hours)
- **Location - **_Greencore, 3-4, Manton Wood Enterprise Park, Worksop, S80 2RS
- **(Please note this is a full-time role only and you will be required to work some weekend shifts)**_
- **What you'll be doing? As a Preparation Operative you will be -**_
- In this role, you will work in a busy food preparation area, ensuring that ingredients are prepared to the highest quality and standards. You will be part of a high-risk team responsible for preparing raw materials and ingredients for our products.
- Your tasks will involve working with raw materials directly from the supplier and processing them to be suitable for use in sandwiches, flat breads, and wraps. We have advanced machinery that allows us to quickly and efficiently mix, slice, grate, and dice any product into various shapes, sizes, or forms.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for weighing and measuring raw materials, ensuring that the ingredient you are preparing meets the specifications provided by the customer or supermarket. We strive for a "right first time" approach, ensuring accuracy in the preparation process.
- Please note that this role involves physical activity and manual handling.

- Prior food industry experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and scales.
- Good comprehension of production procedures and best practices.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills are necessary. The ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial as the role involves interacting with other departments and achieving sustainable outcomes.
