We’re excited to be introducing a new role of Pipeline Movements Supervisor at our state of the art control room at our Kingsbury Oil Terminal.

As a Pipeline Movements Supervisor you will working in close proximity to our Pipeline Movements Manager to support with all aspects of pipeline movements, enquiries from shippers, stock accounting, and providing shift cover (including day and night shifts) to our Pipeline Controllers as and when required.

Key Responsibilities within this role will be supporting with:

- Producing summary data of movements & incidents, following appropriate reporting procedures where necessary.
- Communicating regularly with the shippers to review schedules and coordinate movements.
- Production of management information reports, including lost time & Up/Downgrading.
- Trained to provide cover to Pipeline Controllers as and when required with control and input of daily product movements, monitoring and responding to pipeline systems and leak detection systems.

The control room operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This role will be primarily based on a Monday-Friday day shift basis, but with flexibility to cover 24/7/365 shifts as and when required.

**What do we need from you?**
- Highly numerate with good attention to detail.
- Team-player, with flexibility to cover Pipeline Controller shifts as and when required.
- Fast learner with a thirst for knowledge.
- Excellent decision maker with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Ability to confidently manage clients with a balanced approach, demonstrating fairness and impartiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce and deliver internal and external presentations.
- Experience in stock / movements would be beneficial.

**Salary**

Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000
