Your new company
One of the UK's largest family run construction and infrastructure business are looking for an internal auditor to join their team as they plan to grow and develop further into 2023. A trustworthy and sustainable company to step into to secure a strong futureare waiting to hear from you They are providing a great hybrid working policy, 3 days a home and 2 in one of the following offices - Gateshead, Haydock or Sheffield.
Your new role
Being a construction commercial internal auditor consist of ensuring that commercial projects are being procured to the most accurate, complete, and realistic standard. All findings are to be reported back to the Group Director and the projects will vary acrossEngland. Your expertise will be needed to put into practise and ensure protocols are followed.
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for someone with a commercial instinct and experience in auditing. You will need to be able to work efficiently both independently and in a team. With IT expertise, you'll need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding verbal,and written communication skills. You will need to be willing to travel across England occasionally. You need to be determined and committed to doing the right thing so that you are practising the company's core values. Desirable - A Quantity Surveying (RICS),Building (CIOB) or Financial Qualification What you'll get in return The general benefits include 33 days annual leave, great pension scheme and life assurance.
