Architectural Assistant

We are currently looking to work with talented Architectural designers / assistants to join our growing team.

The position is full time and a mix of office and working from home. You will oversee your own projects throughout all RIBA stages and will also be able to give and receive feedback on the idea area of projects which are ongoing within the team. Training and CPDs will be a regular part of your ongoing development.

We are a small, chartered architect studio based in Tyne and Wear, taking on projects from all over the North East. Specialising in high-end residential projects with a focus on every clients individual needs and wants. We have a reputation for both the quality of work and the level of information we provide at all RIBA stages of work.

**The Role**

General duties will include but not be limited to:

- Dealing with clients, contractors, councils, and other members of the public on a regular basis.
- Weekly meetings with the director to speak about progress of current projects, deadlines, potential new projects etc.
- Required to work diligently, effectively and take ownership of your own projects.
- Travelling for site visits or client meetings at the needs of the business.
- Liaising its other member of the team to produce effective, sustainable, and high-quality solutions for clients.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
