As a SEND Teaching Assistant with Complete Classroom Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students with special needs in their educational journey. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse abilities.
- Assisting in the implementation of Educational Health Care plans (EHCP’s)
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting students in developing social skills and fostering independence.
- Adapting instructional materials to meet the unique needs of individual students.
- Assisting with personal care and mobility, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year SEND Experience.
- Either a childcare or Healthcare background.
- Qualifications are desirable not essential.
- Subject to DBS and Right to work checks.
