**Customer Service Representative**

**Job type** - Temporary (with possibility to lead to permanent opportunities)

**DUration** - 6 months

**Working hours** - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Location -**Bristol

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Customer Service representative to work with the Bristol Office of a Multinational Organisation.

This role is within a small customer service team and focusing on coordinating the internal sales activity including Order to Cash Management, Credit Control & Customer Complaints.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing Payments from Customers - ensuring any payment information from customers are sent to our financial partner.
- Responsibility for order processing, shipping, invoicing, statements, returns / collections, claims and credits.
- Dealing with invoice queries to ensure quick resolution.
- Contacting customers and sales managers regarding pending and overdue accounts to ensure credit terms are managed effectively.
- Handling Customer Complaints - in conjunction with sales managers ensuring that complaint's are handled appropriately
- General office administration.

**Ideal Applicant**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, a background with SAP is also desirable
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and to set deadlines
