**The Opportunity**:With our ambitious expansion on the horizon, we're on the hunt for a dynamic **Warehouse and Dispatch Lead** to supercharge our dispatch operations. **The Role**:As a pivotal leader in our warehouse and distribution brigade, your days will be filled with:

- **Leadership**: Spearheading a dedicated team of 6, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- **Efficiency**: Ensuring swift and meticulous order packing, keeping our customers delighted with every parcel.
- **Quality Control**: Upholding and surpassing food safety standards in all packing and picking zones.
- **Operational Mastery**: Overseeing seamless 'Goods In and Out' flows, guaranteeing a frictionless transition of products to and from our warehouse.
- **Training**: Crafting and executing impactful team training programs, equipping your squad with the latest best practices.
- **Safety First**: Being the vanguard of health and safety, ensuring all protocols are not just met, but championed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
