Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary opportunity in the healthcare field? Look no further Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a reliable and compassionate Band 5 RMN to join our team at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Your primary focus will be on promoting and maintaining the mental well-being of our patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

In this temporary role, starting on 29th February 2024 and ending on 1st March 2024, you will be required to work the night shift from 19:30 to 08:00. This shift pattern allows for flexibility during the day and an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and planning individualized care plans for patients, implementing appropriate interventions, and evaluating their progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic and person-centered care for patients.

Key responsibilities:

- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and mental well-being
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements**:

- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RMN
- Previous experience in a mental health nursing role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts
