Job title: Roofing Supervisor
Start date: 04/03/2024
End date: 3 months with work with potential to extend
pay rate: £250 a day
Duties:
- Attend a daily client meeting and present daily activities highlighting any high risk works and co ordinating with the client's live site.
- Complete inductions for all new starters
- Issue weekly relevant toolbox talks to all site personal.
- Complete weekly QHSE audits and rectify any finding or escalate when required.
- Complete on-site HNS paper works and issue working permits when required.
- Attend weekly progress meetings and report progress and site compliance.
- Complete snagging lists and instruct sub-contractors to complete against SLA's.
Work to a Programme of works and ability to raise slippage and assist with any recovery plans.
