Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and direction to workers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets established standards
- Train new workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and perform manual labor as needed
