Job description
- Promote the Club’s reputation for exceptional standards of customer care and service.
- Maintain a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of the Club and its operation.
- Maintain a full working knowledge of current menu items and daily specials and communicate to Members and guests.
- Maintain a full working knowledge of all beverage stocked, methods of dispensing drinks, correct ordering procedures and all other service standards laid out.
- Take orders, process via kitchen and serve to Members and guests.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar area at all times and take steps to maintain the required standard. Set up bar at the commencement of the shift and ensure that all requirements relating to cellar stocks are adhered to.
- Provide a constant supply of clean, fresh glasses.
- Clear tables in line with agreed standards.
- Promote sales of product in a professional and friendly manner at every opportunity.
- Take payment for every transaction in line with set down procedures.
- Exercise a high degree of personal presentation, hygiene and cleanliness and wear correct uniform and badge at all times.
- Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested.

**OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED DUE TO RURAL LOCATION**

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
