Our client is looking for a handyman to join their team in Stratford Upon Avon on a **temp
- to potentially permanent basis.**

**ENHANCED DBS REQUIRED & DRIVERS LICENCE**

36.25 hrs / week
- completing minor repairs and jobs in the home, and deal with day to day maintenance issues across Independent Living schemes and the wider community, including properties, stair wells, floors, lifts
- This role will be supporting people currently with assisted living
- if they need a picture hung or minor repairs
- this will be your responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- DBS (preferred)
