**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- To type correspondence using both copy typing and audio, including letters,
- minutes, and reports as indicated by the line manager.
- Be responsible for administration support to nominated individuals.
- To set up office systems and procedures to ensure that all documents can be retrieved easily.
- Organising meetings and taking Minutes as necessary, typing, and distributing to those appropriate.
- To be able to enter and retrieve information from spreadsheet databases.
- To deal with incoming and outgoing mail as required.
- Support the clinical team as required in diary management, meeting management, report writing, administering personnel files, and taking messages.

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- System knowledge - RiO, typing Big Hand (desirable)
- Admin experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
