**IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?**

The Head of Business - Clothing, will oversee and support the implementation of Clothing Connected as a new branch to the Connected offering. This will cover the development, scoping and implementation of tools with our customers and contribute to account development and growth within key client sites. With our business growing rapidly, we need to have senior leadership in our teams around the world, so that our teams and our customers have a primary point of contact to look to for guidance, ideas and support.

You must be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. Very strong customer management skills will be essential since the Head of Business is the one expected to be the primary point of contact for our current retailer customers senior management in the region and new large customers. At the same time, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills for our current team to ensure they are fulfilling their maximum capability in delivering for the business strategy.

The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

Openness to travel in this role, is key to successfully helping our clients solve their toughest problems and implement solutions to improve their operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support new and current accounts within Clothing Connected and develop the Clothing Connected presence within that client.
- Complete data manipulation and cleansing for key accounts onboarding.
- Conduct workshops with customer teams to understand their problems or ideas that could help improve their business.
- Provide insight into what we can offer to help their business and develop project proposals & plans on driving change.
- Delivering presentations and training of the ‘live system’ to client user groups.
- Working with current and new key accounts, listening to their needs, and satisfying their requirements whilst at the same time remaining within the confines of Clothing Connected’s core strategy and software objectives.
- Complete business analysis on key accounts operations to help them understand where Clothing Connected tools fit best into their operations and the benefit the system will bring.
- Assist with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration or demonstration data and systems.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Design and manage expectations on development requirements and new functionality builds.
- Collaboration with the Software Development Team and Foods Connected’ Head’s of Business to determine what will be included in the development plan across the system functions.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies across the UK and Europe in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
- Provide strategic advice to the board so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
