**Registered Care Manager | Luton| Full Time| £26,000 - 32,000 pa depending on experience**

Our client is a registered charity providing personal and domestic care within Luton and its surrounding areas.

They are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring the needs of Service Users are met in full. They currently have a CQC rating of GOOD.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Possess the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, choosing one of the following pathways: Management of Adult Services and Adult Residential Services.
- Have at least two years of experience working with the elderly within the past five years and in addition, at least one year’s experience working at a senior level in a Caring Environment.
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of & usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Must be familiar with rota management software e.g. OnePlan
- Sound knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety, Employment, and Food Hygiene
- Able to demonstrate periodic training to update own knowledge, skills and competence
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment to the care of the elderly
- Approachable, dependable, tenacious and confidential Able to attend the Company at any time, if required
- Able to co-operate with other health professionals, and build and maintain positive relationships at all levels

**What will your role as a Registered Care Manager look like?**
- To manage the Care delivered to our Service Usersto the highest professional standards
- To ensure that the provision of care to our Service Users Exceeds the National Standards outlined by the CQC
- To participate in personal development activities which ensure currency of knowledge and skills in the management of care of our Service Users and any specialities offered by the Company.
- To conduct him/herself at all times in a manner which is complementary to the ideals, goals and expectations of a caring establishment.
