On behalf of our client based in Haverhill, we are searching for a Manufacturing Administrator to join an expanding, supportive and sustainable company with a real team mentality Reporting to the Manufacturing Site Director, the successful applicant will bepersonable, highly organised, have at least 3 years' experience within administrative/office based roles and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Main duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Process and complete assembly work orders to keep Sage X3 updated with Work in Progress batches/ production cuts and Finished Goods batches.
- Provide cover to the Production Planner by raising works order assemblies in their absence.
- Answer and process all incoming phone calls to the site.
- Sort and organise internal and external post requirements to support all departments on site.
- Welcome and process contractors and visitors to the site, supporting with room booking, catering, PPE and Safety Brief sign off.
- Provide site support on the internal and external booking of meeting rooms and hot desks.
- Provide administrative support with regards to packing, label, and Certificate of Analysis generation for completion of Finished Goods, as well as supplier in boarding, Goods-In and Goods-Out processes and archiving, scanning, and filing of hard copy paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required, participate in meetings, and support the capture of minutes and actions.
- Consult with suppliers and contractors as requested to support facility maintenance needs and aesthetic upgrades of the facility. Raise purchase requests and orders when required for selected overhead costs (e.g., catering, establishment, office, licensing,training and legal & regulatory).
- Support the site by monitoring kitchen, office, and other supplies as necessary.
- Support the induction process of new recruits to include signing in/out processes as well as organise the measuring and ordering of custom-made PPE.
Key Skills:

- 3yrs experience in administrative/office duties
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Initiative-taking and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and diligence
- Good spoken and written English
- Administrative or business-related qualification
- Experience in the use of Lotus Notes and sage X3
- Supply chain
