**P**eople Business Partner - South (Interim)**

An exciting and rare opportunity is available to join the People Team on a 12-month interim basis, covering the Southeast, Southwest, London, and Wales. (Circa: 30 hostels)
- Field based. Out and about in the Network occasionally in Matlock DE4 3YH.
- A salary of £35,000 per annum, this is a full-time role 37.5 hours per week.

**The Role: Becoming a trusted partner providing generalist regional HR support**

This is a critical role in supporting the Network operations teams, building great relationships to become a trusted partner. You’ll focus on coaching, succession planning, driving performance and moving forward the people agenda collaboratively.

**Skills and Experience**

Background in operations and/or HR, understanding the customer and focused on people development, with strong communication and influencing skills.

Experience of managing employees, building, and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, confident with a personable and professional manner, demonstrating HEART. Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

A great problem solver who can think on their feet, whilst maintaining a calm and approachable demeanor.

You need to demonstrate confidentiality and understanding in dealing with sensitive situations and information is essential.

Knowledge of employee relations processes and involvement in managing redundancies is an advantage, training will be provided.
