**Company Secretarial Assistant, high profile role working closely with Board of Directors, Milton Keynes/Hybrid, to £45,000**

Our Client, is a well respected organisation with a Milton Keynes head office, who are looking to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant on a 12 month FTC.

The purpose of the role will be to provide statutory reporting and legal support to the business, working closely with the CFO.

Your main responsibilities as the Company Secretarial Assistant will include:

- **Assisting with the Statutory filing requirements at Companies House and HMRC**:

- **Providing Timely information flows within the Board and its committees**:

- **Arranging Meetings and Preparing agendas**:

- **Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements**:

- **Assisting with maintaining good shareholder relations**
