Overview:
We are seeking for a Barrista with a customer service skills to join our team in providing excellent service to our customers. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Experience in a customer service role is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to help customers and provide exceptional service.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 27/05/2024
